On Friday, September 14th, 2007, Sean Paul Aquitania, Sr. buckled his son, Sean Jr., in a car seat and drove to visit a friend in southeast Sacramento county. Upon his arrival, two unknown suspects forced him from his vehicle at gunpoint and into the residence in what police believe was a home invasion robbery.
A scuffle occurred and Sean Paul was shot and killed by the intruders. As the killers fled the house, they saw Sean Paul’s parked car with the baby in the car seat. One of the men opened the car door and shot Sean Jr. in the head, killing him with the same gun that had been used to kill his father.
The Sacramento Sheriff's Department released these two composite sketches of one of the suspects.

The two composite sketches above are of one of the attackers, a light skinned male, possibly Hispanic or white, mid to late 20's, 5'9", 180-220lbs, clean shaven except for a light colored mustache. He was last seen wearing a green Oakland A's baseball cap and a white pullover shirt with green sleeves and the word "Athletics" on the front. The suspect also wore blue jeans and possibly brown boots.
The second attacker, described as a black male in his mid to late 20's and 5'10"-6'2" tall. Authorities say he was wearing a multi-colored hooded sweatshirt, a possibly red and black baseball cap, and a multi-colored bandana on his face.
